Alternatively, you can explore our categorized products under the Main Menu. Once you've found your favorite stylish bag, pick the color you prefer, and click "Add to Cart". Your chosen items will then appear in your order.
  2. Double-Check Your Order: Before proceeding, take a moment to review your order. Make sure you've selected the correct product, color, and quantity to avoid any surprises.
  3. Checking Out and Completing the Order: Head to the Checkout Page and follow the prompts, filling in the necessary information. We strongly recommend providing your complete address, including Barangay, to ensure a smooth delivery process with our courier. Also, please verify the accuracy of your mobile number; it's essential for the courier to contact you if they encounter any issues locating your address.
  4. Secure Payment: When you arrive at the secure Payment page, choose the payment option that suits you best. Our secure payment gateway will handle the transaction and notify you once the payment transfer is successfully processed.
  5. Confirmation: Your order is placed successfully when you receive a confirmation prompt on the website. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email with the subject "You have successfully placed Order #xxxx." If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Spam folder just in case.

For your reference, we have clearly stated in our product pages and in the terms box agreement before checkout, that we require 2-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to prepare and ship out your order. This timeframe is necessary to ensure that each item receives the attention to detail and care it deserves before being dispatched to you.

Hello! Thank you for ordering a nath&nate bag! By now, you would have received 2-3 emails from us: an Order Confirmation email, an Invoice, and a Payment Confirmation email. In each of those emails, we have mentioned to please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process, pack, and prepare your order for ship out. Certain factors like availability of the courier to pickup the package is also taken into consideration. Note that this timeline is also agreed on in the terms box agreement before checkout.

Another email will be sent (Shipping Update email) which contains your tracking link and tracking number, when your order is already handed over to the courier and is on its way to you. We can't wait for you to receive your n&n bag!

Product & Brand

We maintain a high brand standard for our customers and we represent our products here in the website in the most accurate way. All product images posted are photos of the actual products. The bags beings sold are nath&nate bags, our own brand. What you see is what you'll get!

Kindly note though that possible slight color variation in photos may occur due to certain factors like lighting and settings used during the product shoot, color in screen/monitor, and other factors.

Our bag is made from high quality PU leather, a man-made material designed to look and feel like genuine leather, but without the use of animal products.

Our bags are manufactured overseas and imported in exclusive batches. Once a style sells out, the likelihood of restocking is very low. We encourage prompt purchases to secure your desired bag while it's in stock. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own one of our unique pieces!

To determine if your MacBook will fit, we kindly ask you to measure the dimensions of your MacBook.

Please keep in mind that the '13in/14in/15in/16in' in the MacBook name refers to the diagonal measurement of the screen, so it's important to consider the laptop's dimensions for a more accurate fit.

Once you have the dimensions, please compare it to the bag's base length and height, which is mentioned in the measurements section of the product page. If the width of your MacBook is below the bag's length, it should fit comfortably.

Kindly note that it is best to give a 1-3cm allowance for the interior space.

No, we do not provide a warranty for wear and tear on our products. It is important to note that ANY product, not just ours, is subject to wear and tear. To further explain, wear & tear or gradual deterioration and occurrence of imperfections - is a natural consequence of using a product for its intended purpose and is considered a normal part of a product's lifecycle. It is crucial to know that we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear as we have no control over how the product is used by a customer. We recommend following our Care Instructions, which is available on our website and is visible on every product page, to ensure proper maintenance and the longevity of your purchase. Return / Exchange

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations in case you change your mind and would like another bag style, color or size after the order is packed and processed for ship out.

We would like to request that upon placing an order, kindly finalize your choice as the sale will be considered final.

Here’s how to avoid size issues: if you have a specific item you intend to put in any of our bags (example: laptop or tablet), please do refer to the dimensions we placed in the product descriptions so you can double check if your intended item will fit in the bag you are ordering. The dimensions posted are measurements of the bag's exterior. The interior space is less than the exterior measurements, please allow 1-3cm difference for the inner space.

Color: All images posted are photos of the actual product.
