T&C re Shipping and Delivery:

Ship Out (from n&n to J&T)

  • We ship out orders within 2 to 5 business days after we verify your payment. This excludes weekends and holidays. The volume of orders that we receive and the availability of the courier to pickup the packages are considered in this timeline.
  • If you've availed of the Monogram Service, ADD 3 business days.
  • Once we hand over your order to the courier, a shipping update email will be sent to you which contains your tracking number and tracking link. 
  • Please expect longer ship-out times during Special Occasions, Sale, Promotion periods, and inclement weather.

Delivery (from J&T to Your Address)

Standard Delivery: 

To manage your expectation, kindly allow the following timeline for the delivery of the courier:

  • NCR - 2 to 4 business days
  • Luzon - 3 to 5 business days
  • VisMin - 7 to 12 business days
  • May experience longer delivery times during inclement weather, and the month of December.

 

  • In case of Delivery Delays

    Once we hand over the package to the Courier or 3rd Party Logistics, we are not responsible and we are not to be blamed should there be any extended delays, damages, or loss incurred by them, as control of these are already managed by their company. However, we strive and hope that no one experiences this inconvenience.

    Important Notes:

    • Please remember to keep communication lines open so the delivery personnel can contact you in case they need to reach out regarding your location or other delivery concerns.
    • Tracking numbers/links will be sent to you after your package is shipped out.
    • Please make sure someone is available to receive your package. In the event that the packages are returned to us because of your unavailability to receive it, all return shipping fees incurred will have to be shouldered by you before we ship it out again. In this instance, we will just re-ship the exact same package and any damages due to repeated handling of the courier (multiple delivery attempts + return to us) is not our responsibility.
      • In case of delay in delivery, please contact J&T Express directly at their Customer Hotline 0289111888. Speaking directly to a customer service agent enables faster resolution, as they have real-time visibility into the system and can quickly identify and address any concerns that may have occurred during the delivery process. 

    Multiple Orders :

    • For orders of 2 or more pieces of medium to large sized bags via Standard Delivery: Depending on the size of your order, there is a possibility that the bags will be boxed and shipped out separately. In this case, each package will have a corresponding tracking number, and may or may not be delivered simultaneously.

    Promotional Bundles :

    Multiple bags bought via promotional offers and bundles will be shipped to ONE address only. We cannot accommodate requests to ship bags from promotional bundles separately to different addresses or to be packed in different boxes. Boxes used for bundles vary depending on availability.

    T&C re Return Policy:

    Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy. Our return terms are in line with industry standards observed across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring fairness and clarity for both you and us. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us if you have any concerns about your order. Please note that the 7-day window starts from the delivery date, regardless of when you open or start to use the product.

    A. AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IF:

    1. You have received a wrong product.
    2. You have received a defective product. (Will be assessed, see Section B below)
    3. You have messaged us regarding this within 7 days from delivery date.

    Requirements:

    1. It is mandatory that the item is in original condition, not worn, not used, not washed, altered, mishandled and damaged in any way.
    2. Proof of purchase from our website.
    3. Date of delivery is within 7 days, based on the tracking number provided.
    4. Photos and videos to prove the issue.
    5. Complete original packaging materials (original box, protective coverings, cards, tags, accessories, any free item, etc.)

    Return Process & Conditions:

    1. We cannot process a return request if the requirements are not complete.
    2. If all requirements are complete, wait for further instructions from us. It is imperative that the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent any damages during transit. We anticipate that it will be packaged with the same care and attention as when we initially prepared it for you.
    3. It is the responsibility of the returning party to ensure that the item is securely packed and will be returned safely to us. We can share a photo illustrating how your package was meticulously packed before dispatch. Replicating this packaging method ensures that we will receive the item securely and safely.
    4. When we receive the returned item, it must be the same condition based on our own videos and photos pre-shipping. Our staff will inspect for any signs of usage, alteration, damage, scratches, mishandling, deformities, and if the contents of the original packaging are complete. We reserve the right to reject any return request should we find that the returned item is used, altered, deformed, mishandled, deliberately damaged or has discrepancy in condition from our photos and videos taken before shipping.
    5. If your return request is disapproved, we will send the item back to you, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
    6. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. We must not be held accountable if your bank processes payment refunds for a long time, as this is solely the bank’s discretion. Please contact your bank directly for any crediting concerns.

    B. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

    1. It is beyond the 7-day allowed period after delivery.
    • You are granted a 7-day window from the date of delivery for any concerns. The countdown begins on the delivery date, irrespective of when you decide to open or commence use of the product.
    • This policy aligns with industry standards observed in various e-commerce platforms.
    1. You want to return items due to simple change of mind, size issues, change of color, etc.
    • Here’s how to avoid size issues: if you have a specific item you intend to put in the bag (example: laptop), please refer to the dimensions we placed in the product descriptions so you can double check if your intended item will fit in the bag you are ordering. 
    • Color: All images posted are photos of the actual product; however, please expect possible slight color variation in photos due to certain factors like lighting and settings used during the product shoot, color in screen/monitor, and other factors. To provide more references, we have posted links to our Instagram page in every product description, so you can also check-out other photos of that specific product.
    1. The product is used. We do not offer warranty for wear and tear. 
    • Any product is subject to wear and tear as a result of usage. The gradual occurrence of imperfections is a natural consequence of using a product for its intended purpose and is considered a normal part of the product’s lifecycle.
    • We consider any scratch, scuffs or any removed coating on leather or edge paint (example but not limited to: bottom or edges) as a result of usage. It is crucial to highlight that under any circumstance or reason, if the mentioned concern is not evident in our own documentation before we shipped the item to you, we cannot be held responsible for it. While we empathize with concerns, it is imperative to distinguish between genuine defects vs imperfections that occurred from usage or product handling. 
    • It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear as we have no control over how the product is used by the customer. We recommend following our Care Instructions, available on our website and individual product pages, to ensure proper maintenance and the longevity of your purchase.
    1. The product is damaged due to your mishandling. 
    • Mishandling is defined as any intentional or negligent act resulting in damage to the product. This includes but is not limited to stains, cuts, burns, tearing, excessive force, rubbing, scratching, damages caused by pets, and any other actions leading to the damage or degradation of the product.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to care for their purchased product if they intend for it to last for a long time. We also recommend to adhere to the care instructions provided on our website and individual product pages. We believe that with attentive care, our products will continue to bring joy and satisfaction to our customers over a long period of time.
    • Again, it is imperative to distinguish between genuine defects vs imperfections that occurred from usage or product handling.
    1. The product is a free item. 
    • An item received for free must not be treated as a paid purchase. A free item is not entitled for a return simply because of its complimentary nature. You cannot make demands for an item that you did not pay for.
    • Regardless of the circumstances or reasons, if the product in question was received as a free item, it is crucial to note that we cannot be held liable for any aspect related to the free product. This includes but is not limited to defects or any dissatisfaction with the free item.
    • To validate this point, please review your email order confirmation to verify whether you paid for the product in question.
    1. The product is personalized, or a final sale item.
    • Terms and conditions for products that are personalized or monogrammed, as well as those tagged as a final sale must be respected and adhered to.

    C. CANCELLATIONS

    1. An order cannot be cancelled when it is already packed and processed for ship out.
